Clients can read the knowledgebase that is organized with nested categories (unlimited categories, sub-categories, even sub-categories to the subcategories), news articles, category alerts (current service affecting/important data about this particular subject), take downloads, make & store notes, get downloads, do an advanced search, rate articles, read 'related articles', or submit a new ticket/question.
Agents can control which categories can be submitted to, on a per client basis, enable/disable client self-registration, use a WYSIWYG text editor to provide attractive answers, upload files for customer downloading (or add images to KB and news articles), get email notifications, tasks calendar & contacts...
