Free Custom Poll/Quiz/vote

	A script generator that prompts you for a question and the possible responses to the question. After submitting the form you will get a parsonalized script with your question and answers. Votes are saved to files (all folders and files are created automatically), so no database is required. Just a simple script.

EasyPollAsp

This poll script has been written with ease of use in mind - it consists only of 2 files. Upload these to your server, access the setup file through your browser and fill in a form. That's it! With no database required, the script uses ip tracking and cookies to prevent multiple voting (if you so wish), along with the option to make results visible using a bar chart, email when someone votes, and fully customise the look of the poll. It has been designed to be used on it's own, or within another page - with full instructions.

Voting Booth

Voting Booth adds plug-in functionality of voting/poll taking to your web site. It's simple to setup, and can work seamlessly with any aspect of the design and directory structure of your web application. Any display it creates is in a single table which makes it simple to include it in your HTML stream, and have the ability to assign alignment and other attributes to it. It also includes a very flexible web-based administration, allowing for multiple administrators and polls. It tracks all connections by IP address, and can be configured to block multiple votes coming from a unique IP in any period of time to avoid ballot box stuffing. Voting Booth relies on an MS Access, Jet4 backend.

PollMentor

Poll and Survey System

	This application can handle an unlimited amount of polls which are stored in a database. Each poll or survey can have up to 5 possible answers although this can be changed easily. Currently coded to allow users to only vote in one survey per session. When this page is displayed, a random survey is selected from the group in the database.

Vote/User Poll (With a db and IP Capture)

	Polling users is a useful and popular feature on many websites and sometimes you need a database to accurately track the results. Also, to help ensure against "ballot stuffing" the IP address of the user is gathered as they enter their choice. This example also takes the users input and displays the results graphically and the percentages for each vote.
