The Active Stats is a HumanClick style application that allows the Webmasters to interact with their visitors in real-time. With the Windows based application on your PC, you can view users navigating your site in real-time. By placing a graphic of your own design or by using the stock graphic that comes with Active Stats, your users can click this graphic and you will be paged to chat with them. If you are away, the user will then be prompted with a contact form. Their question can then be emailed to you. You can also initiate a chat with a user (MSIE feature only).
