mysqldiff

mysqldiff is a Perl script which compares the data structures (i.e. table definitions) of two MySQL databases, and returns the differences as a sequence of MySQL commands suitable for piping into mysql which will transform the structure of the first database to be identical to that of the second (c.f. diff and patch). Database structures can be compared whether they are files containing table definitions or existing databases, local or remote.

Universal database shell (database explorer) WebToSQL

WebToSQL is a Web-based database shell (database explorer) using thin client approach and a RAD tool for development of Web database driven applications. It creates dictionary based systems or generates source codes in a variety of languages. Using meta data extracted from database catalog (in case of WebToSql application - from application dictionary), WebToSql generates DHTML forms for data access in a tabular view and/or form (input/editing) view. WebToSQL provides you with highly developed facilities for export-import and report generation. The work with database structure, database and WebToSQL application designing, generating of program source codes (Perl, PHP, ASP), oriented on data search, input/edit and manipulating are supported. WebToSql is a kind of application server for universal access to databases.

Oracletool

Oracletool is an interactive, web based application that runs as a CGI script using your web server. The advantage of Oracletool over tools such as Oracle Enterprise Manager is that nothing needs to be installed on the client side machine. All you need to use Oracletool, once installed, is a web browser. There is nothing that needs to be created or altered in your databases to use Oracletool either. All Oracletool expects upon connection is "SELECT ANY TABLE" privileges. It requires the DBI and DBD::Oracle modules.

LANdb

LANdb is a set of Perl scripts that automate the manipulation of an SQL (usually MySQL) database. LANdb provides network managers a means of cataloging all connections, closets, and network hardware on a network. It uses MySQL, Perl, and DBI to provide a fast and efficient web-based frontend to a complete network management package. csvdump

	csvdump acts as a front-end to dumping a MySQL table. While it used to use mysqldump, it currently dumps the table itself and massages it. csvdump mails the dump tothe address specified in the command line or to a default mail address, as specified in the script.

	This is a web client for the MySQL database. It depends on the Perl modules CGI:: and DBI::. The program facilitates a more efficient usage of MySQL by providing a web interface to the database. With this database you can add, delete and edit table entry, do regular maintenence of the MySQL database, view tables, view databases, and generally make the job of managing your data a bit less onerous.

mysqlsync

mysqlsync is a perl script that allows you to keep remote copies of a mysql database in sync with a central master copy. It does this by running as a daemon process and tailing the mysqld logs. From the log output it culls queries and decides if it applies to the database, the tables and the operations that you want to keep in sync, and if it does, connects to the remote hosts and issues the same query on each one.

With Wilma, you can make lists of bookmarks, resources, reviews, classified ads, 'what's new' lists, bulletin boards and much more. 	Web-o-Dex is a web-based database tool. It allows you to store files consisting of Name, Address, E-mail, Phone (Home & Work), Fax and Web Site. The program emulates a Rolodex(R) in that you can access the files alphabetically. ImageDB

Built on top of the BizDB Software (all its features included), ImageDB has several unique features which make it an excellent application for hosting image intensive databases.
