GalleryMaker

GalleryMaker allows you to automate thumbnail gallery creation. Main features include: Creates a directory under your html directory with a name you specify, Thumbnails the number of random images, Creates an index.html in the directory with templates, Copies the thumbnails and banners and anything else you specified into the directory it created, Adds all reciprocal links including their buttons automatically to the galley, Emails you the url to the gallery created, and Submits the gallery to 30 TGP's automatically. This script can also be crontabbed to run automatically with no other input from you or can be run from a telnet session.

	This script will read all directory names below your main image content directory and fully catelog all images in sub sections named for the directories the images reside in. It will create the menu the users see, thumbnails of all images, and html pages for all thumbnails in quantities per page that YOU specify.

Finally, a no-frills VERY simple but VERY effective, easy-to-install Perl script to display all GIF, JPG, JPEG, PNG and BMP images on-the-fly from a single web directory as thumbnails in an HTML table whose number of columns you can set. Thumbnails customizable for size maintain their aspect ratio, are created automatically and are clickable to their large image in a new window. One script. No extra programs required on server. EIGHT

EIGHT (Easy Image Gallery) is a Perl script that does most of the gallery maintenence work for you. All you need to do is create the gallery directory and load the images and thumbnails and eight will link them up and display the thumbs on index pages. EIGHT also includes support for multiple galleries, an integrated slideshow (using javascript), a simple guestbook, a simple image search engine and gallery statistics. You can also create captions for each image and you can personalize each gallery if you create the gallery's .dat file. EIGHT uses an HTML templating system, so you can customize the HTML without having to edit the CGI code.
