Advance Mailer

Create a easy to run and maintain mailing list. Automatically takes care of user subscription and unsubscription. Can send emails in TEXT, converting TEXT to HTML or pure HTML messages. Collects bounced emails in a seperate POP3 box and removes bounced emails from list. Each message can be customized with user name and email address. As it communicates directly with SMTP server, it is capable of sending 100's of emails per minute.

CommunityMail allows you to manage unlimited mailing lists with ease through simple point-and-click administration. It supports demographic information and name gathering, which can then be used in your mailings (ie. Dear [theirname]). You control every aspect of the look and feel. You can also customize the confirmation email to say what you want. Subscribers can remove themselves without your involvement, and you can make subscribers confirm their mailing address (by responding to a test email) prior to placing them on your list. You can also easily add many subscribers by hand to facilitate the transition from another mailing list platform. You can view reports of who is on your list(s). Minimalist

Minimalist stands for Minimalistic Mailing Lists Manager. Although it is declared as minimalistic, it has many features as his eldest brosers, such as Majordomo and so on, but in contrast to them it is very small, fast, simple for setup and maintenance. Also it has very clean internal structure and if you are familiar with Perl, you can add as many additional features, as you need. Supported features are: configuration on per-list basis or globally; support for global and/or list administrator; support for authentication requests; support for read-only/closed/mandatory lists; additional services such as information about list, information about users of list and so on; message archiving (internal or external archiver); and support for blacklist, logging.
