This program allows you to manage users within .htaccess files on Windows machines running perl. For example, if you have an NT running Apache with a cgi-bin and you want to control usernames/passwords via the web. This program gives you a control panel to manipulate users/passwords, delete, add, and delete multiple names in one swoop. Also, you can view active members of a particular directory.
