fipsCMS is an easy to use CMS for dynamic Websites. You can add as many Categories/Themes with Subcategories and Pages as you want (5 Levels). Modules: Search, News, Print this page, Guestbook, Newsletter System, Recommend this Page, Sitemap. At the secure Admin section you can add, edit, move and delete database entries (pages). Also there is a function to upload images. The texts can be edited with an online editor (WYSIWYG).
