Chipmunk Topsites is a flexible topsite system utilizing PHP4/mysql. You can customize color, turned on options such as admin validation, whether to show buttons or not, time between resets, and whether to allow user reviews or not and much more. It has a gateway page and uses other methods to prevent cheating. The newest version is a rework on the design and easier stylesheet control of admin panel and topsites itself. Image verification has also been added for anti-spam.
