Having all these features available in one script means that you don't have to spend hours searching and installing individual scripts.
It is highly configurable meaning that you can easily change its' appearance to match your site. The hit counter can be configured to count either unique hits or all hits. Server uptime can be set to show very detailed information or just basic information and all items in the block can be turned on or off.
