Description: Pinnacle Download and Review Manager. Requiring PHP and a single MySQL database it is capable of tracking all your site downloads, providing a download counter, allowing users to rate and review your downloads and providing an 'off site' hotlink to your downloads that is still controlled.
It has a fully featured admin panel allowing you to have complete control over the downloads you offer and allows users to submit reviews and rate the files. You can choose whether to show the top x number of downloads by rate/review score and numbers of downloads, or you can turn this off completely. Reviews require admin approval before posting and there is an inbuilt system to prevent mutltiple votes on a download. Each user can only vote once.
Advanced security features mean that malicious users are unable to 'flood' your system with reviews etc. An automatic install wizard guides you through the simple setup process and, should it detect a problem, makes suggestions to overcome them.
