Our faq software is very scalable and can be used to manage tens of thousands of articles. Some of the other features of Omnistar Kbase include the ability to create a separate internal staff knowledgebase, ability to print and email articles and totally customize the user interface.
Once implemented, our php knowledge base solution has been found to reduce customer support inquiries by 70%. Other features of the knowledgebase software include the ability to password protect folders, setup article update email notifications, enable a mouse over word glossary and setup an archived article manager.
