Description: SibSoft CommuniMail is a mailing list manager and newsletter script, targeted to be used for small to medium businesses and personal websites. It is a program that handles the subscriptions of a mailing list and also sends out emails that are received by everyone who is subscribed to the mailing list.
The goal of SibSoft CommuniMail is that it's able to be easily installed on Linux or Windows server in minutes (web based install wizard) and used by a non-technical person. Also, it could be installed on server without mySQL database and use text files (CSV) as a data storage. Features:

- Eeach domain admin could have their own mailing lists
- Export / Import mailing list contacts (Excel)
- 3 ways of running mailing daemon: Perl/Cron/Web
- Schedule mailing campaign at any time
- Bounce back mechanism (using POP3 account)
- WYSIWYG editor
