CSMailForm is a Java servlet that can send email through standard HTML forms. It is highly customizable and uses the CSEMail1.1 Package to send mail. Features include: Simple to setup and use, Customization, CC and BCC fields supported, Required fields, Uses SMTP to send email (CSEmail 1.1), Error detection, and Customizable return pages (the page that is seen after an email is submitted or an error is detected).
