Users are able to submit links themselves, but are shown only after admin approval.
Shows a links description also if you enter one so your visitors know what that site is about.

New features for version 2
- links are now displayed in categories
- script can show up just a number of links for each category on first page
- the ability to view all the links in one category by clicking on the category name
You gotta have register_globals turned on for the script to work
