Description: EternalMart Form Processor Pro can help you to create different forms and define as many form fields as possible in those forms to meet your requirements via web-based control panel. For example, you can create a simple contact form with text form fields or create a suggestion form with several different form fields such as text field, check box, radio button, selection list, file upload etc. Your visitors or customers can contact you, leave comments or suggestions via those specific online forms. All data are stored in MySQL database. You can view, delete or reply them online via web-based control panel. You also have an option to receive email notification after someone has posted the form.
We also add CAPTCHA function to prevent from spam robots (bots). It may stop bots spamming the forms. You may set this function enabled or disabled based on your needs.
