EFrontEnd allows adding files/folders to a queue before uploading with jClientUpload Applet. It supports drag & drop, paste from clipboard, file chooser, pop-ups to manage selection, tooltip
and sortable columns. The UI could be customized (time remaining, transfer speed, colors, buttons, alignment, columns, messages, ...). Online demo and screenshots are available.
