Description: This is the most popular of any application I've developed. It has many features including:
Member Control Panel that allows users to keep their account information up-to-date and includes avatar support; Admin User Account and Control Panel that allows full user, message, and forum administration; Special HTML tags that allow users to post links and text fonts; Smilie support with dozens of smilies; Thread and reply tracking by ID for easy organization when needed, and more.
Account security allows suspending and closing of accounts. When an account is closed, the user will not be able to re-open an account using the same email address. Closing an account is the same as email banning.
The next release (version 1.4) will have image posting enabled, and a PM system that will allow the admin and users to message each other. Moderator accounts, stickies, and IP banning will also be available.
It is fully customizable and minimal setup is required.
