Description: This script is designed to manage new articles in bulk. Also it allows to manage new articles manually more easily, automatically detecting some potential problems in articles. For now this script automatically detects the following problems:
1. Article title duplicates.
2. Number of words in article is less than allowed.
3. There are links in article's summary.
4. There are links links in the article body.
5. Number of links in resource box is greater than three.
