Description: SurferMonitor equips your website with instant online customer service chat and visitor tracking tools. What sets SurferMonitor apart from the other CSR solutions is it's exclusive features such as ShopNow! which allows site operators to upload their products similar to Google Base. While chatting with visitors, the operator can turn on ShopNow! and display their products right in the visitor's chat window.
Another major feature is SurferMaps!. SurferMaps! is a dynamic Sitemap generator allowing the website owner to create XML Sitemaps for Google as well as HTML Sitemaps to use on their own website. Maps are generated right from their site tracking data.
SurferMonitor was developed by Internet Design Concepts (IDC) of Tallahassee, Florida. IDC has been around since 1996 and specializes in eCommerce development.
