PayPal Fee Calculator

Here's a useful tool you can use to calculate your PayPal fees. It includes many advanced options such as choosing the source and destination countries, choosing which PayPal Fee Rate you want to use, and choosing whether or not to include the 2.5% currency conversion fee (for multiple currency transactions). You can also use it to "reverse" calculate your PayPal fees to determine exactly how much a person should send you so that after fees are removed you actually end up with the amount you want. I use it all the time myself when I'm selling on eBay, and I'm trying to gauge that "magic" amount to charge so that after all fees have been removed I actually end up with the amount I want. For example, did you know that to actually receive $75 in your PayPal account someone would have to send you exactly $77.55? And the way you can find out that exact amount is by using a "reverse" paypal calculator such as this. Saves me a lot of time! Hope it will for you too. Creating automatically calculated fields into HTML forms it’s usually a hard coding job. This tool makes all the process easy, it allows to define the calculated fields from a visual interface without hand coding required. This tool has been packed as Dreamweaver extension and has been integrated into the Dreamweaver form’s menu. The entire calculation process is carried out with javascript on the client side (browser), so the user does not need to reload the page to get the calculated fields updated.

VAT & Sales Tax Calculator

This script adds a fixed percentage to an order total depending on which option is selected from a menu. The script could also be used to add any percentage to any figure in a form (shipping, sales tax etc) dependent on what is selected in the menu. It is intended for European VAT registered companies who need to add VAT only if a customer comes from within Europe. If the customer chooses "in europe" VAT is added to the total, if they choose "outside europe" the VAT is not added. The script rounds the final amount to 2 decimal places except where there is only one decimal place where it returns inthe format xx.x (most payment processors accept this as a final sale amount). To change the VAT rate just edit the values in the VAT menu box. The onClick event handler would be added to the submit button of any form the script was added to.
