PHP-Update is a content management system with a number of features. It now has a MySQL version for those who prefer databases to flat file, which supports the same options. They include regular content, blogs, news, a guestbook, mailing list, galleries, polls, uploads and multiple users and including and creating RSS feeds - and WAP access.
It also has a template option allowing you to change the look of your site at the click of a button and a WYSIWYG editor, and full support for CSS, allowing you to change how every part of each page looks to visitors.

The ECMS uses a mySQL DB for storage of all its content. It's secure and easy to operate. The super-admin manages all users, while each sub-admin controls each website. Text, HTML and pictures are submitted through a secure admin backend, so there is no need for any programming skills in order to start using it. It features contact form, printerfriendly pages, tell-a-friend pages, auto generation of menus, top stories and latest news on frontpage, ratings and page counters and much more.
Modules handling Polls, Downloads and Weblinks can be switched on or off from the admin backend.
