DanPHPSupport is a PHP-based support ticket system. It is designed to be easy to use, yet provide all the good features to make the average user happy. It has a support ticket system, as well as a Knowledgebase (where you can enter common questions into a searchable database). It also includes support for canned responses, multiple ticket categories, definable severities, user management, unlimited administrators, and more! ContatoXQ is a module of contact with Login of user, complete Administration and several templates. The administrator of the system in turn manages through its Panel, contacts and accounts of Users, answering, editing, erasing. All emails are sent only as acknowledgment forcing the user to enter in its panel to manage its contacts, this caracteristica was kept objectifying to facilitate to the organization and maintenance of the description for each user a time that the description is kept in Data base. Moreover, design was created with the care to facilitate its insertion in central page of Sites existing with 5 templates available for standard.
