I am familiar with many desktop options. Camtasia, Jing, BBFlashBack, Deskshare, TurboDemo... even some for Mac like ScreenFlow, etc... Didn't know there are any "online" screencasting services out there. This is GREAT!! I wonder if there's any good video editing software, just to enhance the videos ourselves.
