circeOS XWinServicesManager is a java/jsp application that allows to manage Windows Services from the Web on local and remote machines (check status, start, stop services on Win2K/WinXP). It is a wrapper over the standard HttpServletRequest, and, while partly emulating its interface, it completes HttpServletRequest with possibility to receive file that has been sent to server, as byte array.
