Thanks to those who helped on my last post...
im kinda moving along with my site now.
but i have a few issues that i need help with:
(to see what im refering to visit:
http://bulldog.unca.edu/~hfvu/csci107/homepage.htm)
thats my original psd, sliced up and using dreamweaver mx, i put that up.
the news area, has a rectangular section cut out of it, with a bg color replaced so i could type on top.
what i really want to do is use a frame or something to have the text scrollable. people were kind enuf to suggest this in my last post.
so i went to the "frames" tab in dw, and read up on it in the help menu.
i cant figure out how to place a frame in place of the news area...
i cant move them, are you able to? am i using frames for the wrong idea?
>>>another thing is my website is 750x600 px. so that it is hopefully friendly to 800x600 ++ users. i run in 1024x768. I set the bg color of the website to the same grey so that there isnt awkward whitespace all around... is there anyway to scale my website to fit higher resolutions? or at least center it if scaling would make it appear bad.
please keep in mind that i have little html experience and dw experience. thanks...sorry for the troubles.
