Here's what I use:

• Adobe/Macromedia Fireworks -- For anything related to graphics, even though I suck at them.
• PHP Designer 2007 -- My primary PHP editor. I will use it for HTML/CSS to if I'm being lazy..
• Adobe/Macromedia Dreamweaver -- My primary HTML/CSS/JS editor.
• FireZilla -- Only the best FTP client ever known to man.
• AppServ -- Local web server.
• MySQL Tools -- I love Workbench to death.
• TortoiseSVN -- If I'm working with any repositories, I prefer SVN over CVS. So, TortoiseSVN is my primary Subversion client.
