Yes you can do it..but one thing its better you go for image uploading script rather then using email becoz its much easier for your client and for your too.
So what basic in that your client or customer have too login first and they can able to upload picture in given size and format to particular directory with same picture name that you want as HALL OF FAME on the regular page which is showing everytime update picture.
