If you have number of projects I would suggest you to hire a dedicated developer/designer on monthly fixed fee basis. You can get as many projects as you want to develop with the resource within 160 hours/40 hours per week.
As for the dedicated resources, we typically bill around $2400/month (160 hours) per developer and If you need on 20 Hours/Weeks / would be $1200/Month (80 hours). We will assign a contact person to communicate with you about the daily update status of the assigned tasks.
