You have four options as far as i am concerned. Either create it using div's, or make the i-frame height="100%" and scrollbars="no", or keep it how it is.

The forth idea is probably the best. You can use CSS to make the scrollbar colors the same as the background apart from the arrows which you can defince easily. This would get rid of the scrollbars and also have the arrows which you wanted.
