Okay you are using third part hosting, then you have only the option of using a script to forward or use a forwarding service allowed by your hosting company.
Or
Point your domain Nameserver to a DNS server like
http://www.zoneedit.com/ (FREE) and add a sub domian in your DNS. If you have access to your hosting company DNS entries (for eg. to setup MX) you can do it there.
