Contest - Design The World's Worst Web Page

Introduction

Ever had a desire for (many) spinning logos on a single page? Perhaps a joy for annoying JavaScript apps and alerts? Or maybe you've had a longing to use blinking text, oscillating marquees, 24pt body text or those wonderful mouse pointer effects?

Here's your chance to throw caution to the wind, good design principles totally out the window and design something absolutely awful!

This isn't about finding existing pages that look bad, it's about purposely creating one!

The Contest

You are to design the world's worst web page.

Rules and Guidelines

• Each page should NOT exceed 100 KB

• All sites must have a minimum of 3 different pages and a maximum of 5.

• You can team up with other members (include name of your team members upon registration)

• You can pick the content and theme of the website as long as sensitive and obscene/vulgar topics and contents are not involved e.g. racism, violence, satanism, etc.

• You're free to use any technologies you want, as long as this doesn't require plug-ins download. The use of Macromedia Flash is allowed.

• You can use authoring tools like FrontPage, DreamWeaver.

• Multiple entries are allowed, and should be submitted individually.

• Do not copy any materials (graphics, text, sound, …) without the permission of the copyright holder.
