General Advertisement Forum Rules Update

This is just a friendly notice, the General Advertisement Forum Rules have been updated. To emphasize what has changed, all new text has been italicized.

Quote:
You may not post the same or similar advertisement more than once in one (1) month (30 days). In order to be considered a different advertisement, all links must resolve to substantially different coded web sites or different subject matter, irregardless of domain name.

Have you just updated the time zones? I seem to remember the time that I post being the other end of the clock, but now reports the correct time zone to me here in the UK.

(I didn't really want to start a new thread to ask that)

It felt good updating a sticky with fresh content recently, do sticky's fall under advertisements?
