First of all would like to congratulate for a step towards success.

I was trying to open your 'rules' page but not able to open it uploads completely but looks blank.

Please check once if this is the problem at your end if not then please advice me.

Wowsa, that really confused me for a little while. I was sure I hadn't signed up to hotscripts forum lol. Nice work though, all seems to be a very smooth transition. So why the change anyway? Sorry for not knowing much history here, but were you bought out? Taken over? Or owned by the same company?

We are still owned by the same company, Inet Interactive, we were just rebranded.

I like the design, but I think the layout could benefit from vertical reduction.

Ideas:

Move Log In, Sign Up, etc under the HotScripts log.
Shift the search up a little bit - so that the height of the top banner is about 100px.
Remove the ProgrammingTalk.com bar from the top of the page. It could be placed in the left area.
Make the navigation shorter. Slightly smaller font, less padding.
Move the 'advertisement' text to the left/right of the top banner ad.
