VB.NET for me!

Mainly because I aslo use the VB variation of ASP, so getting to grips with VB.NET wasn't that hard.

I started off using VB.NET, but for some reason I started to use C# 100% of the time.

I do think VB.NET is great, though. A lot of nice improvements.

A lot of people have said that C#.NET is better - but I just can't do with it - I find it quite difficult after doing VB for so long.

I'll just stick to what I know

Nope, C# is only better if you are familiar with the syntax. There are no performance differences.

One thing that is nice in the VS.NET IDE for C# is the ability to have XML comments.

Although I'm mostly a PHP guy, I use Visual Basic.NET.

Yes, the two are completely different. I never learned ASP but I do know that they aren't anything alike.

Yup, it's quite different. ASP.net is now event driven (like VB, for example). ASP.net also gets compiled. It's really hard to sum up all the changes, but check out www.asp.net
