Hi guys,
So.. i have a site (www.property-owners.net), its desinged in asp.net, and i have a very basic admin part. (BASIC.. i mean it)
Anyway.. what i want to do is; add a user area ofr buyers and sellers, so that
Buyers: can see whats in their favourites lsit. and some other things
Sellers: can add/edit/delete any listings they want.

There would also be an admin part for me to ahve full control over it. Users will not pay online or anything. (if u visit www.property-prodigy.com) and login with user: samfar, and pass: 123456, you will see what i need. If anyone can help me pls let me know! Payment can be discussed.
