Decoding an XML base64 encoded data

Hi...

We have an XML file for ECG. In which we have both text and waveform(base64 encoded).In ASP.net we had extracted the text using XSLT. We are unable to decode the waveform.......

Please give a sample XSLT code to decode the waveform.........
