Email interaction through ASP

Hello i want some help in ASP
i need to read the content of email through ASP and according to the content in need to do the necessary changes to the database ..
i have seen this type of solution in CGI scripting .. i want to know is it possible in ASP or Not ..if yes pls help me as soon as possible..

Are you planning to read the email content from the email server?
Are you using any components?
