I want to make a intranet application in asp. But entry would be authinticated to users, like when someone puts on his machine may be in xp or whatever he logs in with a username / password that username and password I would want to use it to the user to enter the intranet application....but with a validation of it through my database users....i know but the database users but need to know how do i get the value from a machine....which user has logged in.
