Hi there. I am developing a website for one of my client for online admission in university. In which I will also receive E-mails. The overall logic I can develop but where i will stuck is the security. Becasue i am not aware of the latest security issues. One is spam. Can any one suggest me some other such issues and their solution to some extent will be of great help.

When creating the system only allows users to sign up with one VALID email address. If a user signs up with the same email address then simply note that he already has an account. Usually people are just too lazy to create new email adresses if they want to spam.
