Exclamation ASP application prob in WindowsXP SP2

Hi, I have a web application[in ASP], which is specific to Internet Explorer. Im facing problems OCCASIONALLY with the buttons, which dont seem to trigger off the the functions they are meant to. The application works just fine with systems having SP1. But only in cases with systems running SP2, the buttons just STOP WORKING sometimes! This problem pops up randomly as it works fine on some occastions too ! I have no idea whts going on, could it be an issue with the firewall? Am not too sure if this can be posted here, but didnt know wht else to do... Please help me guys!

TIA

is this an internal app, or is it one that is public and we can try to recreate the error on our own. I am not sure what to tell you other wise
