DNS Help

Hey, how do you setup your own DNS file on your own IIS server. See i just have the window 98 IIS on my computer, for now! But i dont know how to make a DNS file, or if there is a DSN file, or whats going on, heh. Im trying to setup Everyone.net Email and it says i have to contact my Domain server host and get them to update my DNS, but i dont have my site hosted. Its just by www.graphyx.net, its just a free asp host. Im going to use my webserver to hold all my files and everything, and want to know if i can create my own DNS file to hold the info i need for the email. HELP ME PLEASE!!! Im so confused, heh.
