Unhappy SQL Code Syntax error...need help...missing operator

Help........Please.....

I am getting this syntax error and cannot figure out what the problem is. There's something missing or wrong in the following code:

You have errors be course of missing comma and have unnecessary comma:

UPDATE cartHead SET randomKey = '24513114425506228', isGiftRegistry='Yes', WHERE idOrder = 69

That is from the error page, where is the error in the actual string?:

& "isGiftRegistry='" & "Yes" & "'," _

Where does the comma belong?
