adding a page to the action or retrieve the value of the button

Right not to sure if this is asp or javascript question but basically i want to be able to either edit the forms action to direct it to a specific page

If that aint possible is it possible to take the value on the next page of the button eg i have three buttons investigate close investigate and QA review can i append a value tothat and use it on the next page to say which sql statements to run?
