Hi, all.
I have an issue with my churches website I'm wondering if anyone could advise me on.
It's windows hosting, so I'm assuming I'll need asp script of such. I'm more familiar with Linux hosting myself because of the PHP compatibility.
We have periodical "Encounter Retreats" that people sign up for. They pay to go, but payment is handled separately (though it'd be nice to include it in the form). Site is designed in Frontpage 2002.
LOCATION OF FORM:

HERE's THE PROBLEM:
People are accidently choosing the wrong retreat dates and submitting, only to find out weeks or months later of the mistakes, and the retreats by that time are full.
My pastor wants to send the submited info to himself, but also send a confirmation email to the registrant.

On the surface, it seems simple enough...websites do it all the time. But this happens to be an area I'm not real familiar with.
Ideally, setting the forms up to interface with the payment system would be great, so that the receipt AND information could be automatically sent to them...a simple shopping cart won't work, because I can't add the form fields and retreat date drop down menus to the purchase...or can I?
This is an issue I'd like to take care of without charging the church for the work I do, so some kind of free script or system would be best. These retreats are truly changing lives and I just want to bless them.
