Create a next page link when there are too many records to be display in a webpage

Hi everyone,
Currently, i have encounterd some problem while coding for the next page link.
For example,

I have 200 records in my database. Each webpage display 20 records while the
remaining records are displayed in the remaining webpages.

This is similar like a forum where all the posts are separated into differnet web
pages for the viewer to view

Does anyone have the code that can teach me how to create next page link?
