Freezing a Table Header

Hello,

I'm currently running a page that queries data from sql, however the data is quite lengthy, and people have to scroll down quite a bit. When they scroll down, they're not able to view the table header anymore, and lose track of what the columns are. What I wanted to do was do a freeze frame type of effect (like in excel) where they could keep scrolling and still see the header. I don't want to use an iFrame. I ran into a css type of page freezing, however it seemed like you had to freeze the entire page into certain sections.

I would greatly appreciate any help I could get!

Thanks in advance,
Rui
