I read somewhere that in order to use asp.net you have to know visual basic or C# because they fuel asp.net. Is this true??
Also can anyone give me a neutral opinion about what they think, i am planning of making a site where the visitor can customize my portfolio site and save it for feature views. Would you use php or asp.net for that.
And would you use asp.net or php to create a personals site where the user has alot of power??
