Angry compiling plugins for software

i have been using some forex software that has been around for a while the company that created it have made the software open source.
The web address is gordago.com
the download for the open source is the following
Download - Forex Optimizer - Software - Gordago

i need the plugins that are in the open source to join with the software, but the software that is available to install does not contain the downlaods.
Does anyone have any ideas on how i can generate the software from the source code.
I have tried getacoder.com and either the coders want $500-700 to do it or they do not respond.
Any help or instructions would be greatful
Thanks
Craig

Hi,

I checked the source and you can compile it with Visual Studio 2005 and above. However. When I try to open the solution it tells me it has all kinds of modifications in the solution that could harm my computer as they are trying to run custom code. Not burning my fingers on that from a work computer. Will try later at home and see what happens.
