parsing a string in c++

hello,

I am trying to parse a string which i read from a text file.
I need help regarding parsing ...can you please give me any idea or tutorial which has parsing ??
I am using header file and cpp file.

what exactly would you like to parse? There are several options, but the optimal one depends on the exact specs of the source string and the parsed content
